Do you know a potential candidate?

  1. Identify a vacancy for which you know someone who might be a good match (read the pre-requisites carefully).
  2. Send me their CV, LinkedIn profile and/or a way of contacting them.
  3. I review their profile to see if it matches the client company’s requirements.
  4. I invite them to an initial interview by video.
  5. If OK, the client receives him for a video or face-to-face interview.
  6. Your candidate sign a contract.
  7. You receive your commission (usually 5% of the salary), in the form of a gift voucher or cash, in one go or monthly, depending on the terms and conditions (there may be a retention period).

Do you know of a company that is recruiting?

  1. Identify a vacancy for which you know a company you know personally that is looking to fulfil a position.
  2. Send me the job description and their contacting details.
  3. I review the opportunity.
  4. I post a job advert on my site and contact my network.
  5. When I find a couple of good candidates, I contact the company.
  6. One of my candidates sign a contract with the company.
  7. You receive your commission (usually 5% of the salary for all jobs by this company), in the form of a gift voucher or cash, in one go or monthly, depending on the terms and conditions (there may be a retention period).
