Co-option

1. Identify a vacancy for which you know someone who might be a good match (read the pre-requisites carefully).
2. Send me their CV, LinkedIn profile and/or a way of contacting them.
3. I review their profile to see if it matches the client company’s requirements.
4. I invite them to an initial interview by video.
5. If OK, the client receives him for a video or face-to-face interview.
6. You receive your commission (usually 10% of the salary), in the form of a gift voucher or cash, in one go or monthly, depending on the terms and conditions (there may be a retention period).
