As soon as one of your job offers corresponds to the profile of one of my talents, I send you his/her CV to see if he/she could be of interest to you.
What is the process?
- I send you a profile.
- You are interested.
- I put you in touch.
- From then on, it is between you and him/her.
- If you hire him, you confirm it with me.
- The candidate will pay me a commission.
